Tuition

Prior Year Tuition Balance: For students currently attending the early childhood or K-6 program at St. Francis Xavier Elementary, full tuition from the prior year must be paid by August 1st prior to registering for the next school year.

Outgoing Students: For sixth grade students leaving St. Francis Xavier Elementary, their tuition must be paid in full by their last day of attendance. Failure to pay the full tuition by this date could result in losing the opportunity to participate in end of the year activities. For families that leave St. Francis Xavier Elementary prior to the conclusion of the school year, a full tuition payment must be received no later than their last day of attendance. Full tuition amount will be calculated by pro-rating the per day tuition cost.

Early Childhood & K-6 Tuition Payments: Tuition payments are due as follows:

• First tuition payment is due at registration.
• Monthly tuition – the first payment is due at registration and then the 10th of each month September through May. All payments September through May, must be made via ACH transactions. The final tuition payment will be for the balance due.
• Quarterly payments must be made at registration, October 31st, January 15th, and March 15th. Payments can be made via ACH transaction. The final tuition payment will be for the balance due.
• Semester payments must be made at registration and January 15th. Payments may be made via ACH transaction. The final tuition payment will be for the balance due.
• Annual payments are due at registration.
• All other tuition payment plans need to be in writing and approved by the principal.

Late/No Payment Fee: A $25.00 late fee will be assessed if a payment is not made as scheduled. Notices are mailed prior to this fee being charged.

Note: St. Francis Xavier Board of Education reserves the right to pursue outside resources for any unpaid tuition and/or activity fees (ie. small claims court, collection agencies, etc)

3 YR Program - M/TH or T/F all day - $ 2,000
4 YR Program - M-W all day - $0
4 YR Program - M-TH all day - $ 1,400

At the present time, we have three classrooms designated for our Early Childhood program, with a limited number of students allowed per classroom.  Class offerings may change depending on the number of students that register for a specific class.  Registration information must be completed and submitted - we will not take phone registrations.  A confirmation letter will be mailed to you after we receive your registration form and fee.  If we have more students register than we have room for prior to the deadline, they will be placed in one of the Early Childhood programs based on the following criteria:

• Families who belong to one of our cluster parishes who currently have a child or children enrolled in our K-6 program
• Families who don't belong to one of our cluster parishes, but have a child or children currently enrolled in our K-6 program
• Families belonging to the Spires of Faith Cluster whose child will be new to our school, but intend to keep their children at Xavier through 6th grade
• If programs are not filled by the registration deadline, all registrations received after that date will be placed on a first come first serve basis.

Deposit Information 
A non-refundable $50 supply fee is assessed to each preschool child. This fee should be turned into the office with registration materials.
