Parent/Teacher Conferences*Conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, February 14 from 3:40-7:40 pm and Wednesday, February 15 from 3:40-6:10 pm.*The Conference Calendar
website will open to parents on Wednesday, January 25 at 8:00 am and will close on Sunday, February 5 at 10:00 pm. *You can access the Conference Calendar website at http://www.myschoolsystems.com/stfrancisxavier/ or via the Parents tab on the Xavier website under "Important Documents & Links."conferences.php *All Preschool - 4th and 6th grade students will conference with their homeroom teachers. **5th grade students will conference with their Math/LA teachers. (*Mrs. Cassidy will be contacting her homeroom's parents separately regarding conferences. Please watch for communication from her if your child is in her homeroom.)*If your child works with Ms. Vorwald, she may be participating in the conference with your child's homeroom teacher. When you schedule the conference, please email Ms. Vorwald at avorwald@xavier.pvt.k12.ia.us to let her know the date and time, so she can add the conference to her schedule.*If your child works with Mrs. McDermott (Title I Reading) or Mrs. Rahe, there will be an option for you to sign up for this conference within the conference calendar system. Mrs. McDermott will be available for a conference on Wednesday night and Mrs. Rahe will be available for a conference on Tuesday night.*Mrs. Keuter, the school counselor, will be available for conferences on Tuesday night. You can contact her at lkeuter@xavier.pvt.k12.ia.us if you'd like to set up a time to conference with her.*Mr. Denner, the Band teacher, will not be at school for conferences on these nights unless you reach out to schedule a conference with him individually. He can be reached via email at adenner@beckman.pvt.k12.ia.us or by calling Beckman at 875-7188.*If you are not signed up for a conference by February 5th at 10:00 pm, the school will assign you a conference time, and a note will be sent home to notify you of the scheduled time.
